He performs major consulting assignments in strategy, organisation, productivity, training and human resources throughout Southern Africa, Africa, Britain, Europe and America. He is a specialist in executive remunerate systems and structures. He is also an advisor to the board of Remuneration Committee. Westcott has been a regular contributor to Management Today magazine for a number of years.
